For vada batter
In a bowl , add 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 20 ml water and blend it well.
For vada mixture
In a bowl , add 3/4 cup boiled potato , 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, mash and blend it well. Then from the mixture make shape vada.
Heat oil, dip the vada in batter, then put it within the pan, fry evenly on medium flame.
Serve it hot.

1 .Firstly, during a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter
and add vegetables. cook and mash well.

5 .Now add 3 drops of red coloring and blend well.
6 .Boil and mash for five minutes adjusting consistency.
7 .Finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.
Misal pav is really a popularpopular dish from Nashik, India. Containing misal (a spicy curry usually made up of moth beans) and pav (a sort of Indian bread roll).
MISAL PAV RECIPE
1 .Firstly, during a large kadai heat 3 tbsp oil and splutter 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp jeera and few curry leaves.
2 .Also add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala.
3 .Saute on low flame till spices turn aromatic.
4 .Now add in prepared masala paste and saute well.
5 .Cook till the oil is released from masala paste.
6 .Add in cooked matki, small piece jaggery and ½ tsp salt. give a good mix.
7 .Also add 5 cup water and adjust consistency.
8 .Cover and boil for 10 minutes or till misal is cooked completely.
9 .Once the misal is cooked, oil starts to float indicating misal is prepared .
10 .In a serving plate, take matki usal add some farsan over it.
11 .Top with chopped onions and coriander leaves over it.
12 .Also pour ladleful of kat or gravy from sides.
13 .Finally, serve misal with pav and lemon wedges making an entire misal pav recipe.
Dabeli is a really very tasty and amazing snack . It’s a well-liked dish of India .It originates the Kachchh region of Gujarat.
Referred to as a sweet snack made by mixing boiled potatoes with a special dabeli masala, putting the mixture during a ladi pav , and serving it with chutneys made up of tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies, etc.

6 .Blend to a fine powder and dabeli masala is prepared . keep aside.
ALOO MIXTURE PREPARATION:
1 .Firstly, during a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil.
2 .Now take 3 tsp of prepared dabeli masala into alittle cup, along side 2 tbsp tamarind chutney and ¼ cup water.
3 .Mix well making sure there are no lumps. pour in the masala mixture into the hot oil.
4 .Cook for 2 minutes or until it turns aromatic.
5 .Further, add 3 potato, ½ tsp salt and blend well.
6 .Mash and blend ensuring everything are well combined.
7 .Transfer the mixture into a plate.
top with 1 tbsp coconut, 1 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp sev, 2 tbsp pomegranate and 2 tbsp spiced and roasted peanuts .
Dahi vada is a type of chaat (snack) originating from the Indian subcontinent and popular throughout South Asia. It is prepared by soaking vadas (fried flour balls) in thick dahi (yogurt).
